Residential Manager Vs. Property Manager
Not many people officially put a name on it. A Residential Manger is NOT licensed. They will help a little with the process of managing, performing tasks like driving by, maybe looking at tenant applications with you, etc. This often is a friend or family member.
A Property Manager will have the education and licensing, more experience, accountability and contract standards.
