Bootlegger's Landing
Sleek, Modern-Industrial Design
The modern industrial design seeks to create an attractive balance between rusticity and sophistication through the use of warm, natural materials. Large floor to ceiling windows take advantage of the natural light and inlet views with visual excitement of the surrounding railroad and shipping yards. Open living spaces and large decks allow for all occupants to interact using the space efficiently.
